RETURNS & REFUNDS

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Upon the unlikely circumstances that you are not happy with your order or wish to return your order, you can do so within14 days of your purchase date for a full refund. Any of our items (excluding food, underwear or refill products) can be returned to us as long as the products are un-open, in the original packaging and of re-sellable standard. Please ensure that you include your original receipt/delivery note when returning your products. 

2Be Plastic Free do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of goods returned in this way until they are received to our below address. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by signed for delivery and advise you keep proof of postage. It will be your responsibility to ensure the goods are secure and safe and 2Be Plastic Free will not provide any packaging for the returns of goods.

We always aim to process refunds within 1-2 days of recieving the goods. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment that was made to place the original order. 

Refunds will be made to faulty items, or items that were sent incorrectly as long as they are returned to us within 14 days.In the event that the incorrect item has been sent or a product is faulty, we will refund the delivery charge if applicable. 

In the event that the items delivered were in good condition but you wish to return them for any reason of your own, we will refund the value of the goods excluding any delivery/carriage charge upon the receipt of the goods to the above address. 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

2Be Plastic Free have the right to cancel any orders or subscriptions if we do not have sufficient stock to fulfil your order or if we are unable to provide a means of delivery to your area. We also have the right to cancel an order if we have incorrectly priced an item on our website or one of our suppliers have provided us with the wrong price on their information packs when we ordered the goods.
